Our hunts are conducted from May - September in the evening hours when the animal is more active. Hunts can last anywhere from one hour to eight. This will depend on the alligator and your accuracy. There are times when hunts are conducted during the day but they are on a limited bases and not as productive. Guests can keep a portion of the meat from a harvest and even choose to have the alligator mounted or have the hide tanned.
