Chef Rose Morgan has been with Bienville Plantation since 1998. She was born and raised on the coast of Maryland and received her Grand Displome de Cuisine et de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. She also trained at The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Prior to and during her tenure at Bienville Plantation, she has honed her talents and specializes in seafood, wild game and French cuisine that have always generated rave reviews form our clients. She can prepare tantalizing meals for a husband and wife couple enjoying a wing shooting getaway to a large corporate group of 50 utilizing Bienville Plantation for a team rewards program incorporating a guided fishing and skeet shooting. Chef Rose takes pride in her menu and changes the items offered every season. Her custom menu is based on comments and desires from our clients.
