| How long have we been in business?

| Do you have quantity discounts?

| We offer group discounts for 10 - 19 and 19 - 50

| How far is the nearest major airport?
|
| Jacksonville International is 65 miles from Bienville. Private jets can land at Lake City Regional (8000 ft. runway - 386-752-1066)
|
| Do you provide airport transportation from either?
|
| We can pick up and return small parties from Lake City Regional however we do not provide transportation from Jacksonville. Individuals or small groups would need to rent a car or mini van. For large corporate groups you can call Carey Transportation at 1-800-829-7433 - based at Jacksonville International - for sedan or motor coach shuttles.

| What is the largest group you can accomodate?

| We can house 50 guests at a time.
|
| What is the deposit policy?
|
| A 40% deposit of the total is required to make a reservation. Deposits are not refundable if the cancellation was made within a 30-day window.
|
| Can I change the activity that I am scheduled for once I arrive?
|
| Activity changes and guide requests can not be changed upon arrival. Activity changes need to take place 48 hours out.
|
| What if I do not show up or some of my guest do not show?
|
| There will be no refunds.
|
| Can you bill me for the balance owed when I leave?
|
| All outstanding balances are to be paid prior to arrival or at check out, there will be no billing.
|
| Can my guests pay portions of the trip balance when we check out?
|
| The guest listed on the reservation will be responsible for ALL fees and payment, there is no bill splittng, NO EXCEPTIONS.
|
| What time can we check in and what time do we check out?
|
| Check in is between 1 PM - 5 PM on the day of your arrival. Check out is at the conclusion of the last AM activity, however we ask that you remove your luggage and personal effects from your room by 9 AM on the morning of your departure.
