A 40% deposit of the total
is required to make a reservation. If a cancellation is necessary or a
decrease in the number of guests occurs, it will be required to give a 30 day
notice in writing or by email. Less than 30 days and the 40% deposit will be
forfeited. It can be applied to another one time rescheduled date which will
be locked in. Locking in a rescheduled trip will make the original deposit
paid non-refundable at that time. All balances are due prior to arrival and
incidental charges are payable at the time of departure.
ACTIVITY AND MEAL CHANGES
Activity changes and guide
request cannot be changed upon arrival. Guests will be charged in full for
the number of guests and number of days booked upon arrival. Any party
choosing not to dine for any scheduled meal, that party will be charge in
full for those scheduled meals.
NO SHOWS
No Refund of monies paid.
PAYMENT
Payment of the balance on
file is due at departure. We are not set up for billing so be prepared to
clear all balances. If you depart prior to clearing tab your card on file
will be charged. The Guest listed on the reservation
will be responsible for ALL payments. * We will not split bills at check out…

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is between 1PM-5PM
on the day of your arrival. Check out is at the conclusion of the last AM
activity; however we ask that you remove your luggage and personal effects
from your room by 9AM on the morning of your departure.
