Rules and Standards   DEPOSITS A 40% deposit of the total is required to make a reservation. Deposits are not refundable if the cancellation was not made within a 30-day window.   ACTIVITY CHANGES Activity changes and guide request can not be changed upon arrival. Activity changes need to take place 48 hours out.   NO SHOWS No Refund of monies paid.   PAYMENT Payment of the balance on file is due at departure. We are not set up for billing so be prepared to clear all balances. If you depart prior to clearing tab your card on file will be charged. The Guest listed on the reservation will be responsible for ALL payments. * We will not split bills at check out… No Exceptions.*   CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in is between 1PM-5PM on the day of your arrival. Check out is at the conclusion of the last AM activity; however we ask that you remove your luggage and personal effects from your room by 9AM on the morning of your departure.   RELEASE FORMS All guests must sign a disclaimer releasing Bienville and its employees from liabilities.
